We're partnering with a respected regional healthcare organization seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) – OR Circulator to join its Surgical Services team. As an OR Circulator RN, you will

Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care throughout the perioperative process. Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions before, during, and after surgery. Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the surgical team to ensure excellent patient outcomes. Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards. Advocate for patient safety and comfort while maintaining a sterile surgical environment. Educate patients and families regarding procedures, recovery, and post-operative care. Respond effectively to changing patient conditions and prioritize care accordingly.

Qualifications

Required

  • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher
  • Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced surgical environment

Preferred

  • Previous Operating Room or Circulator experience
  • PALS certification (or willingness to obtain within 3 months of hire)
  • One year of nursing experience

Schedule

  • Full-Time
  • Day Shift
  • Rotating weekends
  • Shared on-call, holiday, and weekend responsibilities
  • Flexibility in scheduling may be required

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
