Registered Nurse - Med/Surg/Peds

This role is for a registered nurse (RN) responsible for coordinating patient care, providing direct care, and educating patients and families. The RN supports professional practice across various settings, planning, implementing, evaluating, and communicating nursing care in line with standards and practice models. Leadership activities include precepting, informal leadership, and quality improvement. Delegation is tailored to patient needs, resource availability, and skill levels. Qualifications include a nursing program graduate, state licensure, Basic Life Support certification, and relevant experience.
