About this role
As our House Supervisor, you'll organize and oversee patient care delivery during an assigned shift. Monitor and assess current environment for smooth hospital operations. Every day you will assess and allocate resources as needed. Provide input to employee performance and assist in the coaching of staff members. To be successful in this role, you will document daily staffing and administrative records and maintain compliance with governmental policies and procedures. Presents documentation to senior staff and provide nursing care to patients on an as needed basis. Maintain communication to patient and family members regarding care needed.
