Responsibilities
Comprehensive Patient Care – Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans for residents based on their health needs. Administer Medications & Treatments – Provide medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and patient safety. Collaborate with Healthcare Team – Work closely with physicians, therapists, and other professionals to coordinate care.
Monitor Patient Health – Record and monitor patients’ vital signs and overall health status. Provide Education – Educate patients and families about care plans, treatments, and health management. Maintain Accurate Records – Document patient care, treatments, and any changes in condition according to facility policies.
Respond to Medical Emergencies – Handle any medical emergencies promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
Current RN or LPN License – Must be active and in good standing. CPR & ACLS Certification. Strong Clinical Assessment & Critical Thinking Skills. Compassionate, Patient-Focused Care. Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills. Ability to Work in a Team-Oriented Environment.
