We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Wound Care Registered Nurse with expertise in enterostomal therapy to join our team and provide specialized care for patients requiring wound, ostomy, and continence management. Key Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive assessments of patients with wounds, ostomies, and continence issues, developing individualized care plans. Provide expert clinical care, including wound debridement, ostomy site marking, and stoma care. Educate patients, families, and staff on wound, ostomy, and continence management, promoting patient self-care and recovery. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to optimize patient outcomes. Utilize evidence-based practices to improve the quality of care and patient satisfaction. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care and progress.
