Now Hiring: Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health Baylor. Full-Time | Friday–Monday Schedule. Preferred Care Home Health is seeking an experienced Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team on a Friday–Monday Baylor schedule. Responsibilities include providing skilled nursing care in patients' homes, managing an assigned patient caseload, completing assessments and developing individualized care plans, monitoring patient progress, educating patients and caregivers, maintaining clinical documentation, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.

Requirements

Current Florida RN license
Minimum 1 year of Medicare Home Health experience (required)
Minimum 1 year of Oasis documentation experience
Current CPR/BLS certification
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills
Medicare Home health: 2 years (Required)
