Mission Healthcare is seeking a Home Health Director of Patient Care Services (RN) to provide guidance and counseling to coordinators and clinical supervisors, oversee direct and indirect patient services, assist in budget preparation and administration, interpret operational indicators, and develop clinical supervisor skills. The role covers Salem/Albany territory with a Mon-Fri schedule and weekends as needed. Compensation starts at $125,000/year.
Requirements
Registered nurse with current licensure to practice professional nursing in the state
Three years of management experience within the last five years in home health, at least one year in supervisory or administrative capacity; OR four years experience within the last five years in a home health agency, primary care clinic or health facility, at least one year in supervisory or administrative capacity
Previous healthcare experience desired with ability to read and understand medical documents and terminology
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational and problem-solving skills
