Requirements
- BSN required; enrollment in a Master's program with degree completion within two years of hire date preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of active clinical nursing experience with at least 1 year of experience in an acute care environment
- Experience as a preceptor
- One year of relevant teaching experience preferred, nursing professional development and/or specialty area preferred
- Licensed Registered Nurse from the CT DPH obtained prior to hire date
- NPD or Clinical Specialty Certification within two years of hire/transfer
- BLS required
- Demonstrates ability to develop, deliver and evaluate educational programs
