Responsibilities

Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed

Monitor patient progress, identify changes, and adjust care plans as needed

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination

Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and treatment

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence

Requirements

Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Montana
