We're looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented Weekend Wound Care/Treatment Nurse to join our dedicated team and provide outstanding clinical care every other weekend. If you take pride in promoting healing, preventing complications, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of others, we'd love to hear from you! What You'll Do: Perform wound assessments and provide evidence-based wound care treatments. Complete skin assessments and monitor residents for changes in skin integrity. Administer treatments and dressings as ordered by the physician. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and update individualized care plans. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Educate residents, families, and staff on wound prevention and treatment best practices. Promote a culture of safety, compassion, and excellence in resident care. What We're Looking For: Current Florida RN or LPN license in good standing. Experience in wound care or long-term care is preferred. Strong assessment, organizational, and communication skills.
