About this role
RN position on the 11T Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) unit at Carolinas Medical Center. The unit is part of the Integrated Enhanced Recovery GI Center of Excellence, caring for patients with diseases of the liver, biliary tract, pancreas and GI tract as well as surgical trauma care. Nurses provide care to patients with varying levels of acuity including progressive care, telemetry, and medical surgical status. Responsibilities include providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, and leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience.
