Observe, collect, and record patient biophysical, psychosocial, environmental, and self-care data; formulate nursing diagnoses, and measure progress. Implement age-appropriate care plans in collaboration with physicians, patients, families, and the healthcare team. Administer medications with precision for patient safety. Manage chronic ventilator patients, including emergency interventions.

- AHA BLS within 30 days
- ACLS within 6 months
- One (1) year of RN experience or Current RN with CHI Mercy Health
- Associate's Degree in Nursing
