*What you will do:*

Front Office Support (Main Responsibilities)

  • Great incoming patients
  • Answer Phones
  • Check in and check out patient
  • Verify insurances
  • Schedule appointments
  • Collect co-payments
  • Complete patient registration
  • Provide other administrative support to the physician practice

Clinical Support (Backup Support)

  • Document vital signs, allergies, medications and reason for office visit
  • Perform basic vitals like BP, height, weight, temperature

Education

High school diploma or equivalent work experience is required. Graduate of an accredited medical assisting program is preferred, but not required.

  • Medical Assistant Certification (AMT or AAMA) is preferred, but not required.

Experience

One year of work experience required, previous experience working in a medical office (or related field) is preferred.

  • Computer skills, experience with EMR system,
  • Ideal team member will be outgoing, organized, energetic, with excellent Communication Skills
