*About the Role*
We are seeking an experienced, relationship-driven *Treatment Coordinator* who thrives in a high-performance environment.
This is much more than an administrative position. You will become a trusted guide for our patients—helping them understand their treatment options, overcome barriers to care, and confidently move forward with life-changing dentistry.

What You'll Do
Create an "I Want This" Patient Experience*
- Build genuine relationships and establish trust with every patient
- Deliver an exceptional concierge-style experience from the first phone call through treatment completion
- Help patients feel informed, comfortable, and excited about their treatment journey
*Treatment Presentation & Case Acceptance*
- Present comprehensive treatment plans with confidence and clarity
- Educate patients on procedures, timelines, benefits, and long-term health outcomes
- Review financial arrangements and payment options while helping patients find solutions that fit their needs
- Work closely with third-party financing companies to maximize patient access to care
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and practice treatment acceptance goals
*Patient Care Coordination*
- Coordinate all phases of treatment from consultation through completion
- Schedule appointments efficiently while optimizing provider schedules
- Proactively follow up on pending treatment and unscheduled care
- Maintain excellent communication throughout each patient's journey
- Serve as the liaison between doctors, clinical team, and administrative staff
*Operations & Performance*
- Maintain accurate treatment plans, financial records, and documentation
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), pending treatment, and case acceptance metrics
- Review daily, weekly, and monthly performance to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Contribute ideas that improve efficiency, patient satisfaction, and overall practice growth
*Qualifications*
We're looking for someone who has
- Minimum *5 years of consultative sales experience* (required)
- Experience in dental, medical, cosmetic, luxury retail, or concierge healthcare preferred
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- A proven ability to build trust and influence patient decisions ethically
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Confidence discussing treatment plans and financial arrangements
- Excellent computer skills and experience with cloud-based software
- A positive attitude, professionalism, and a growth mindset
*Biologic or holistic dentistry experience is a strong plus.*
