We are seeking an experienced Nursing Director, Ambulatory Surgery Center Operations to oversee multiple ambulatory surgery centers in Georgia. This role is ideal for an RN leader with strong ASC experience who brings a business and operational mindset and is comfortable leading across multiple locations.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations across multiple ASCs
Lead and support Nurse Managers, Charge Nurses, and ASC staff
Partner with senior leadership on operational initiatives and process improvement
Participate in hiring, training, employee development, and performance management
Identify opportunities to improve operations and financial performance
Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and administration on surgical standards, regulatory requirements, and workflows
Support the development and opening of new surgery centers
Work with external agencies and regulatory organizations as needed
Travel between ASC locations
Qualifications
Active RN license
Strong ASC leadership and operations experience
Multisite ASC experience strongly preferred
Strong business judgment and operational decision-making skills
Experience with ASC regulatory and accreditation requirements
Experience with ACHC, AAAHC, The Joint Commission, or another surveying organization preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Understanding of HIPAA and healthcare operations
