Salary: RN $38.48-$40.90/hr DOE
Key Responsibilities –
What You’ll Do
- Deliver Patient-Centered Care – Conduct assessments, provide treatments, and ensure strong follow-up care.
- Collaborate Across Teams – Partner with providers and healthcare staff to create effective care plans.
- Educate & Empower – Support patients and families with knowledge on conditions, treatments, and prevention.
- Administer Medications – Safely deliver medications and treatments per protocols.
- Maintain Records – Accurately document patient care and changes in condition.
- Drive Quality Improvement – Participate in initiatives that enhance care and outcomes.
- Provide Inclusive Care – Deliver respectful, culturally competent care to diverse populations

Qualifications
Required
- Nursing degree from an accredited nursing program
- Current RN license in state of practice
- Valid driver’s license
Preferred
- 2 yrs of experience of nursing experience
- 2 yrs of experience in primary care
