Colorado HomeDoc is at the forefront of healthcare providing primary care to patients in skilled nursing and longterm care facilities. Nurse practitioners or physician assistants will provide care to patients in nursing facilities alongside physicians at each facility. Call hours for Nurse Practitoners/Physician assistants are from 8-5 each day with no nights, weekends or holiday call. You will have control over your own schedule and pace.
