Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care per plan of care for residents in a long-term care setting.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed; document accurately in the chart.
- Monitor resident status, assess changes, and promptly report findings to the care team.
- Assist with activities of daily living, mobility, hygiene, and rehabilitation exercises as ordered.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, participate in rounds, and update care plans as needed.
- Maintain safety, infection prevention, and adherence to regulatory and facility policies; support wound care and device management as assigned.
Requirements
- Active LPN license in New Mexico.
- Ability to work the listed shift (nights) and meet guaranteed 36 hours per week.
- 9-week travel assignment with a start date of 09/01/2026; local-only orientation with Tue/Thu start dates.
- Prior long-term care experience preferred.
- U. S. work authorization and ability to work in a fast-paced care environment.
