Health Services Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Clinical Leadership & Oversight
  • Provide leadership for all resident care services and clinical operations within the community.
  • Participate in resident assessments, move-ins, and service plan reviews in compliance with Mosaic policy and state regulations.
  • Review resident health records, monitor weights, and ensure timely response to changes of condition.
  • Maintain updated internal service plans and ensure staff implement care appropriately.
  • Document key resident updates daily in the community communication log to ensure seamless coordination between care teams.
  • Medication Management
  • Oversee all medication delivery systems to ensure safety, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
  • Verify physician orders, MAR transcription, and PRN parameters, ensuring clear instructions are available for Med Techs.
  • Review and resolve daily missed medication reports to ensure proper administration.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Unencumbered RN license in the state of employment.
  • 3+ years of progressive clinical leadership experience in assisted living, memory care, or long-term care.
  • Proficiency with EMRs, MARs, and Microsoft Office Suite, regulatory compliance, and medication management.
  • Strong working knowledge of state licensing survey processes.
  • Experience coaching, mentoring, and building high-performing clinical teams.
