Valid RN License in the practicing state Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience Proficiency with EPIC documentation system Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications from the American Heart Association Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to utilize computers, software, and web-based applications effectively Good judgment and critical thinking abilities Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
