Requirements
- Proven management experience within healthcare settings, preferably in nursing or hospital administration
- Strong background in strategic planning, organizational development, and team leadership
- Familiarity with state-specific education laws related to healthcare professionals and staff licensing requirements
- Experience in school or educational administration is considered a plus for understanding complex organizational structures
- Demonstrated expertise in personnel management, staff supervision, and instructional leadership in healthcare or educational environments
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively
- Prior experience in executive leadership roles within healthcare organizations or academic institutions is highly desirable
