About this role
DaVita is seeking an RN to deliver dialysis care in skilled nursing facilities (SNF). You'll provide on-site treatment to patients with end-stage renal disease, offering high-quality, compassionate care directly in the facility setting. Key
Responsibilities
Provide dialysis treatment to patients at SNF partner sites, Monitor patient vitals and assess treatment response, Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care, Educate patients and families on treatment and care plans, Maintain safety, quality, and regulatory standards. No prior dialysis experience required - comprehensive paid training provided. Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. May float to multiple facilities during and after training.

- Current RN license in the state of practice
- ADN required; BSN preferred
- ICU, CCU, ER, or Med/Surg experience a plus
- CNN or CDN certification preferred
