About this role
Sunterra Springs -Independence MO is seeking amazing nurses to join our team in our Independence facility! NOC SHIFT 6P-6A. $1500 SIGN ON BONUS for NOC shift. Night Differential Weeknights $5/weekends .50cents.
This is a PT/OT/Nursing rehab. You will have 19 patients. You will have IVs, wounds, assessments, discharges, admissions and medications.
2 CNAs. Nursing management is available for help. It is fast paced.
This position is responsible for the delivery of care to a group of residents in a nursing unit, including assessing resident needs, development of individual care plans, administering nursing care, and supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) activities and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care.

Requirements
- Current unencumbered active license to practice as an RN Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Missouri
- Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
- Current CPR certification
- Current unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in practicing state
- Demonstrate clinical assessment skills
- Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures as well as laws regulations and guidelines that pertain to long-term care
- Effective interpersonal skills and ability to work with an interdisciplinary care team
- Basic understanding of computer technology including email use
