About this role
Responsible for performing all aspects of Central Florida Behavioral Hospital's intake and admission process, including handling inquiry calls, communication with referral sources, assessing and triaging mental health status, making patient safety and level of care recommendations, identifying insurance benefits, pre-certification of patient care, completing admission requirements, and documenting in Med Series 4.

- RN
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing required. Minimum One (1) year experience as a Registered Nurse required. Six (6) months expereince in psychiatric nursing preferred. Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Florida required. Current CPR Certification required (Can be obtainted upon hire) Knowledge of current nursing procedures Must be available to attend the full hospital and departmental orientations: Week 1: M-F 8 AM - 5 PM / Week 2: M & Tu 9 AM - 5 PM
