We are seeking a compassionate and experienced RN Director of Nursing to join our leadership team at our Hamden-based skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. The Director of Nursing candidate should be a dynamic clinical leader who is dedicated to delivering exceptional resident care, supporting a positive workplace culture, and fostering strong relationships with staff, residents, and families.
In this role, the Director of Nursing DON will oversee all nursing operations, ensure adherence to regulatory standards, and guide our nursing team with a hands-on, supportive approach. We are looking for a Director of Nursing DNS who leads with empathy, communicates with clarity, and takes pride in building a warm, resident-centered environment. The Director of Nursing DNS will be committed to quality improvement, staff development, and creating a unit culture where teamwork and respect thrive.
