Staff Development RN We are currently accepting applications for a Staff Development RN within our long-term care and rehab facility specializing in geriatrics. This position requires dedication to a job well done, dependability, flexibility, accountability, and a positive attitude is a must. Must enjoy working with our residents and families. We are a subsidiary of Crowne Health Care, an Alabama-based system of family-owned nursing facilities. Benefits Competitive Pay- Pay Scale Based on Experience 401(k) and 401(k) matching Dental insurance, Disability insurance, Flexible spending account, Health insurance, Life insurance and Vision insurance Paid time off Holiday pay with no waiting period Qualifications: Current Alabama RN License Experience in long-term care nursing Staff Development is a plus, but training is available for RNs with long-term care experience Must be at least 18 years of age Positive attitude toward the elderly Essential Job Functions To direct in-service educational programs and new hire orientation following current federal, state, and local standards governing the facility, and as may be controlled by the Administrator. Ensure that the highest degree of quality resident care is always maintained. Providing nursing staff with clinical and educational support and guidance Planning and implementing orientation and mentoring programs for all nursing employees Maintain the nurses' and CNA's schedules Monday through Friday with rotating call and work one weekend monthly #IND123M
