Registered Nurse Unit Manager
Job Summary

About the Role
As a Nurse Unit Manager at The Avenue at Strongsville, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our skilled nursing unit, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and services. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of nursing professionals to deliver high-quality patient care and services
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans
Manage and supervise daily operations of the skilled nursing unit, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies
Conduct rounds and assess resident needs, making adjustments to care plans as necessary
Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and performance improvement projects
Maintain accurate and timely records, reports, and documentation
Requirements
Current RN licensure in the state of Ohio
Minimum one year of experience in long-term care or rehabilitation setting
Strong leadership and management skills, with ability to coach and develop staff
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities
