Qualifications

Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population, including those with both acute and chronic medical conditions Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and implement treatment plans as directed by physicians Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care and to facilitate discharge planning Educate patients and their families on chronic and acute disease management, medical conditions, and post-discharge care Accurately document all aspects of patient care, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes, in compliance with hospital and departmental policies
