Details Work in a long-term care (LTC) senior care facility 12-hour day shifts scheduled from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM 13-week assignment length Requirements Current active Colorado LPN license required, if applicable Minimum 3 years of experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or comparable institution required Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices required Current BLS certification required IV certification preferred Colorado Adult Protective Services (CAPS) background check required Reliable personal transportation required due to lack of public transit in the area Additional Information Assist and supervise day-to-day nursing activities during assigned shifts in accordance with Federal, State, and local standards and regulations Work under the direction of the Director of Nursing to maintain a high standard of quality care Located in a rural area without access to public transportation
