Assignment Overview Shift: Days, 4x10hrs Hours: 40 hrs/wk Start Date: Aug 31, 2026 Length: 14 weeks Openings: 1 American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Cardiac Stress Testing position requiring GA or Compact RN licensure and prior travel nursing experience.

Details Work in the Cardiac Stress Testing unit of a hospital setting Adult to geriatric patient population Performs Exercise Stress Tests, Pharmacological Stress Tests (primarily Dobutamine), and Stress Echo procedures Uses Epic and Pyxis systems Day shift schedule, 4x10 hours, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM No weekend requirements Floating required within facility and scope of practice as needed No on-call requirements Dark blue scrub color required Requirements Active GA or Compact RN license required Current BLS and ACLS certifications required Minimum 2 years of experience required Previous travel nursing experience required Experience obtaining 12 lead EKG/ECG Experience with medication administration and pharmacologic agents including Dobutamine Epic charting system experience preferred Additional Information Perform cardiac stress testing procedures including exercise, pharmacological, and stress echo testing Local candidates accepted at the same rate First-time travelers will not be considered for this position Maximum RTO of 7 days per contract Holiday coverage required based on number of major holidays falling within the assignment period Major holidays include Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve/New Year's Day Previous Piedmont employees (perm, per diem, or FCSS) must be away from all Piedmont facilities for one full year before applying as a traveler
