Registered Nurse (RN) New Graduate, Med Surg, 36 hour/week, rotating shifts

RN Residency program at Beverly and Addison Gilbert Hospitals on Johnson 6, a 37-bed medical unit caring for patients 16 years and older with chronic medical conditions. The program includes classroom and simulation experiences, unit orientation of approximately 12 weeks, support from assigned preceptor, clinical educator, and Nurse Manager, plus a mentoring program pairing new graduates with experienced nurses. The unit serves patients with conditions including pancreatitis, cerebral vascular accident, dementia, delirium, failure to thrive, cancer, and substance abuse issues.
