Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Dialysis Registered Nurse - Clinical Manager, where you will lead and oversee all aspects of dialysis patient care within our home unit. This vital role combines clinical expertise with leadership responsibilities, ensuring the delivery of exceptional, patient-centered dialysis services. Requirements

Valid RN license with current state registration
Valid RN license with current state registration
One year experience as an RN and 6 months of experience specifically in maintenance dialysis
Demonstrated leadership skills with previous nurse management or supervisory experience in acute or long-term care settings
Extensive clinical knowledge in critical care environments such as ICU or Level I Trauma Centers
Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems; experience with medical documentation and coding (ICD-9/10)
Strong understanding of healthcare regulations including HIPAA, state healthcare laws, CMS conditions for coverage for ESRD
Competency in performing hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis
Experience with NxStage hemodialysis machines and Vantive peritoneal dialysis
