About this role
The House Supervisor oversees the daily operations/flow of the house. They report up to management and senior leaders. They are the first line of contact for any incidents within the facility.
The House Supervisor, in collaboration with the attending physician and the health care team, supports and cares for patients in all areas of the critical access hospital. This position supervises nursing staff when a manager/director is not present. Serves as a resource to patient care staff for problem-solving patient acute issues, utilization of resources and policy/procedure interpretation during assigned shifts.
Provides assistance and facilitates efforts of personnel from all departments in providing patient care services. Demonstrates advance knowledge to manage the patient care operations in absence of directors and managers. Serves as onsite administration liaison for the hospital and collaborates with the on-call administrator as necessary regarding issues/problems.

Requirements
- RN
- WI RN License
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Wisconsin
- Current BLS Certification within 3 months of hire
- Neonatal life support (NRP) certification
- TNCC Certification within six months of hire
