About the Role
As a Registered Nurse (RN) on our 2nd shift, you will
Provide high-quality nursing care to our patients, including administering medications, treating wounds, and monitoring vital signs
Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
Participate in interdisciplinary rounds, documenting patient progress and identifying opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless transitions between shifts and departments

Responsibilities
Monitor and record patient vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
Develop and implement individualized care plans, conducted in collaboration with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to drive positive outcomes and optimize patient care
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and coordination
