St. Catherine is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Nurse Manager to lead our Memory Care Unit at St. Catherine North . This leadership role is ideal for a nurse who has a passion for caring for individuals living with dementia and other memory-related conditions and is committed to creating a meaningful, person-centered environment for residents.
As the Nurse Manager, you will provide clinical leadership and oversight for the Memory Care Unit while supporting residents, families, and team members. You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality care, mentoring staff, and helping residents live with dignity, purpose, and comfort throughout their journey.

Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day clinical leadership for the Memory Care Unit
- Oversee resident care and ensure compliance with nursing standards and regulations
- Lead, coach, and support nursing staff to promote quality care and positive resident outcomes
- Conduct resident assessments and participate in care planning processes
- Monitor resident conditions and collaborate with providers regarding changes in care needs
- Partner with families to support resident well-being and address concerns
- Promote person-centered approaches to dementia and memory care
- Participate in hiring, training, coaching, and performance management of nursing staff
- Support regulatory compliance, survey readiness, and quality improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to create an engaging and supportive environment for residents
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Dakota
- Previous leadership or management experience preferred
- Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, memory care, or dementia care preferred
- Passion for serving individuals living with dementia and memory-related diagnoses
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building abilities
- Commitment to person-centered care and quality outcomes
- Comfortable using electronic medical record systems
Pay & Benefits
$44.00 – $50.00 per hour $91,520 - $104,000 per year

Schedule
