Registered Nurse (RN) - Tampa, FL

We are seeking for dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team at Elon Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Tampa, FL. As a valued member of our healthcare family, you will provide high-quality patient care in a warm and welcoming environment. Our center is committed to promoting and rehabilitating residents to function at their highest level of independence, while maintaining respect and dignity in every interaction.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs
Develop and implement individualized care plans, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
Conduct routine assessments and evaluations to identify changes in patient condition
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements

Current RN license in the state of Florida
Minimum 2 years of experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting
