We are seeking an experienced and dependable Weekend Baylor Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled home health nursing visits on F/Sat/Sun (12 hour) day shifts or F/Sat/Sun/Mon (10 hour) day shifts. Per Visit Rates: $50 – $140 Competitive compensation based on visit type and experience Rockdale, Newton, Henry counties and surrounding area Position Summary The Baylor RN provides skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring high-quality clinical outcomes, patient education, coordination of care, and timely documentation. This role is ideal for nurses who enjoy autonomy, flexibility, and one-on-one patient care. Responsibilities Complete skilled nursing visits in patient homes Perform patient assessments and ongoing evaluations Administer treatments and provide disease management education Monitor medication compliance and patient progress Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members Accurately complete electronic documentation in a timely manner Why Join Us?
