The role and schedule
- Day to day
- Direct patient care: assessment, planning, evaluation, documentation The Registered Nurse - Float Pool will perform all aspects of direct patient care to include assessment, planning, evaluation and documentation.

- Qualified for at least 3 hospital areas, including MedSurg and ICU or ED RN's must be qualified to accept assignments in at least 3 areas of the hospital, one of which must be MedSurg and one must be ICU or ED

- The RN will be required to be scheduled to work a minimum of 10 -- 12 hour shifts per 6 week schedule, 4 of which must be on the weekend.
