Ensure safety and accuracy by tracking and documenting medications, including narcotics, every shift. Receive training in safe verbal de-escalation and physical intervention techniques to support upset teens as they arise. Play a key role in the healing journey by observing and documenting mood, behavior, and overall health. Qualifications Required Certifications: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri CPR Certification Must be prepared to establish a CAQH profile and obtain a National Provider Identifier (NPI) as part of the onboarding process.
