Shifts Available

Full-time Evenings: 2pm-10:30pm, includes every other Saturday and Sunday Full-time Weekend Option: 6am-10pm Saturdays and Sundays

• 12 hour shifts: every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday 6pm-6:30am

Responsibilities

Provide professional nursing services including resident assessments, vital signs, and medication administration Assist with restorative and rehabilitative care and daily living instruction Conduct regular rounds and communicate observations Document and report unusual or abnormal findings, care plan changes, and follow-up needs Supervise nursing personnel and provide job-specific guidance Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
