Legacy Living Hc LLC is a growing healthcare education and home care company dedicated to developing skilled, compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants. We are building a high-quality CNA training program focused on real-world skills, job readiness, and excellence in patient care. We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Program Director / CNA Trainer to lead and oversee our Indiana State-approved CNA training program. This role is perfect for a nurse who is passionate about teaching, leadership, and shaping the next generation of healthcare professionals.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana in good standing
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in a long-term care facility
- Experience in patient care, geriatrics, or skilled nursing
- Ability to plan, implement, and evaluate a nurse aide training program
- Knowledge of Indiana State Department of Health (IDOH) CNA training regulations
- Ability to supervise students in both classroom and clinical settings
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Train-the-Trainer Certification (QMA Instructor or CNA Instructor certification) - preferred
