About this role
JOIN THE CLAREWOOD HOUSE TEAM, A FIVE-STAR FACILITY SERVING HOUSTON SINCE 1963. We are hiring part-time CNA's for Morning in our skilled nursing facility. We are a boutique facility, with a stable management team and have an average census of 35 residents.
Schedule
Full-time - 3 pm to 11 pm. Pay: Depends on qualifications. This position requires a Texas CNA license that is not expired, licenses will be checked.
Responsibilities of the Nurse Aides: The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to patient care, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and have experience working in diverse healthcare settings. Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence and dignity. Support medication administration under supervision, ensuring proper documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Assist in admission, transfer and discharge functions. Monitor and record vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rates.
