About this role
We are hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for one of our clients in Vestal, NY.
Job Description:
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Perform medication passes accurately and safely
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Complete timely and accurate documentation
Provide nursing care in accordance with facility policies
Supervise CNAs on assigned units
Qualifications &

Organized and detail-oriented

Ability to work with individuals from diverse cultures and personalities
Team player with a positive attitude
Requirements:
Active license (state)
Minimum of 1 year of Long-Term Care (LTC) experience required
Must be able to pass a medication administration (med pass) test and clinical observation
Strong attendance and punctuality required
1 year plus of LTC experience, will accept clinicians with other recent specialty experience. Like rehab, med surg, hospital experience.

License:
Must have NY State License - NO LICENSE HITS ALLOWED

ANY CALL OUTS MUST BE GIVEN WITH AMPLE NOTICE, MORE THAN 24hrs PRIOR**
Compliance takes 1.5-2 weeks

Weekend REQ: Every other weekend required upon center request
Certs REQ: BLS

Requirements:
DL or SSN are mandatory at the time of submission
3 days of orientation will be required.
Work Hours:
RN's - Days (7a-3p /5-8's only 7 RN's
RN's - Evenings (3-11 /5-8's only 4 RN's
