Registered Nurse (RN)

Active license (state) Minimum of 1 year of Long-Term Care (LTC) experience required Must be able to pass a medication administration (med pass) test and clinical observation Strong attendance and punctuality required 1 year plus of LTC experience, will accept clinicians with other recent specialty experience. Like rehab, med surg, hospital experience. Alzheimer's & Dementia Patient population

Must have NY State License - NO LICENSE HITS ALLOWED

RTO Restrictions: RTO ONLY APPROVED AT TIME OF SUBMISSION. WILL NOT APPROVE AFTER OFFERED. Cannot take every holiday off ANY CALL OUTS MUST BE GIVEN WITH AMPLE NOTICE, MORE THAN 24hrs PRIOR** Compliance takes 1.5-2 weeks
