Registered Nurse - Full-Time, Night

Role Summary: Provides clinical leadership in an acute inpatient setting, ensuring patient/family-centered care through evidence-based nursing practices. Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, while adhering to safety, quality, and compliance standards. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update individualized care plans, set measurable goals, and coordinate discharge planning. Delegates tasks appropriately, monitors care quality, and ensures a safe environment. Engages in performance improvement, patient education, and maintains professional licensure. Serves as a patient advocate and team collaborator, performing duties within the scope of the Nursing Practice Act. Qualifications & Skills: Associate degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred) Minimum of one year RN experience or equivalent residency/LPN experience Current RN license recognized by NCSBN Compact or applicable state Knowledge of safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and quality improvement Strong assessment, communication, and collaboration skills Additional Details: Night shift, non-management role, reporting to a supervisor.
