Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Current unencumbered LNA license in the state working
- Minimum one (1) year experience as a LNA in an acute care or LTC setting
- Hospice experience a plus
- Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to dependable transportation
