Assistant Program Director (RN) – Adult Day Health. Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with a reliable career track record and proven leadership history to serve as Assistant Program Director. Provides operational oversight and drives a participant-centered, family-focused approach to care. No prior adult day health experience is required. Key responsibilities include participant-centered care planning, family liaison role, operational oversight of daily center workflows, leadership/supervision of nursing staff and program aides, and compliance/audit duties.

Requirements

Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license
5+ years of nursing experience
Proven leadership capabilities
Management experience
Reliable work history
US work authorization
