Nightingale at Crossett is a residentcentered skilled nursing and rehabilitation community dedicated to compassion, teamwork, and highquality care. We are growing our nursing team and seeking committed RNs and LPNs who want to make a meaningful impact every day.

Position Summary

The RN/LPN provides direct nursing care to residents while supporting a positive, teamfocused environment. Ideal candidates are compassionate, dependable, and experienced in a healthcare or longterm care setting. Both day and night shifts are available, with an everyotherweekend rotation.

Key Responsibilities

For Both RN & LPN Roles

Deliver residentcentered nursing care with professionalism and empathy.

Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.

Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate promptly with the care team.

Maintain thorough and timely documentation.

Support CNAs and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.

Participate in shift handoffs and ensure continuity of care.

Uphold infection control, safety standards, and facility policies.

Additional RN Responsibilities

Complete assessments and contribute to individualized care plans.

Provide clinical oversight to LPNs and CNAs.

Communicate with physicians, families, and leadership regarding resident status.

Qualifications

Active Arkansas RN or LPN license in good standing.

Experience in skilled nursing, longterm care, or healthcare setting preferred.
