About Us Nightingale at Crossett is a residentcentered skilled nursing and rehabilitation community dedicated to compassion, teamwork, and highquality care. We are growing our nursing team and seeking committed RNs and LPNs who want to make a meaningful impact every day.
Position Summary The RN/LPN provides direct nursing care to residents while supporting a positive, teamfocused environment. Ideal candidates are compassionate, dependable, and experienced in a healthcare or longterm care setting. Both day and night shifts are available, with an everyotherweekend rotation.
Key Responsibilities
For Both RN & LPN Roles
- Deliver residentcentered nursing care with professionalism and empathy.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
- Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate promptly with the care team.
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation.
- Support CNAs and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.
- Participate in shift handoffs and ensure continuity of care.
- Uphold infection control, safety standards, and facility policies.
Additional RN Responsibilities
- Complete assessments and contribute to individualized care plans.
- Provide clinical oversight to LPNs and CNAs.
- Communicate with physicians, families, and leadership regarding resident status.
Qualifications
- Active Arkansas RN or LPN license in good standing.
- Experience in skilled nursing, longterm care, or healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Compassionate, reliable, and committed to residentcentered care.
- Ability to work assigned shift and everyotherweekend rotation.
