Affirmed Home Care is looking for a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality one-on-one care to a client in Short Hills, New Jersey.
This is a great opportunity for an LPN who enjoys personalized care, building meaningful client relationships, and working independently in a home care setting.
What We Offer
Competitive Pay: $45 per hour
Schedule
2 × 12-hour shifts
- Flexible Shifts: Days or nights
- Day Shift: 8 AM–8 PM
- Night Shift: 8 PM–8 AM
One-on-One Care
Supportive clinical and administrative team
Meaningful work in a comfortable home setting
What You’ll Do
Provide compassionate nursing care based on the client’s individualized care plan
Administer medications and prescribed treatments
Monitor the client’s condition and communicate changes appropriately
Provide skilled nursing care within your scope of practice
Assist with activities of daily living
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Support the client’s comfort, safety, dignity, and independence
Communicate professionally with the client, family, and care team
What We’re Looking For
Active New Jersey LPN License
1+ year of nursing experience preferred
Current CPR/BLS certification
Strong communication and clinical skills
Reliable, compassionate, and professional
Comfortable working independently in a home care setting
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
