About the employer
You would spend your shift in a child's home, not on a unit. This is pediatric private-duty home health, 1:1. One Uvalde case is a 4-year-old with a G-tube and oxygen; other postings cover pediatric LVN/RN visits in San Antonio…
On your path
Pediatrics is open from year one. Children's hospitals run their own new grad residencies.
Worth asking
We can’t answer these from the listing we have. Good ones to ask a recruiter or in the interview.
- Can you walk me through base pay range and differentials?
- What should I expect for weekly hours, weekend, holiday, and rotation?
- What orientation, preceptor time, and ongoing unit support are included?
- How are floating and staffing support handled day to day?
