The Registered Nurse (RN) delivers professional nursing care in the UHS Physician Practice setting, supporting Healthcare Providers and office staff in the coordination and delivery of safe, efficient, and compassionate patient care. Responsibilities include triaging and care disposition of patients, clinical care, assisting providers as needed, facilitating care transitions, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • At least one year experience in an acute care or ambulatory care setting
  • Current NY State RN license
  • Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of employment
  • Preferred: Previous experience in an outpatient setting
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree
